Hi I have bought online Bitdefinder Internet Security 2014, but I can't the download and install.

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bits, and have tried everything with RevoUnistall's and CCcleaner etc.

I don't want to reinstall my pc because many websites like construction and maintenance.

I find this for such a big company like Bitdifender a bad thing that this gives so many problems on windows 8.1 and is not properly resolved.

My purchased product can I just don't use it!!

Has anyone been a solution for this Grt Ad

If the file is too big to attach, upload it on

and post the download link.

If you were already asked to generate these logs, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID. Also give us more details on what happens during the installation process. If you receive an error, we need the exact message.
