I hope you can help.
We recently had to reinstall Windows XP home edition on my Father's PC. After doing this, we lost BitDefender.
The problem is that my Dad originally purchased a disc for BitDefender 9 Professional Plus but upgraded to BitDefender 10 online. Although he still has the version 9 disc, he is unable to activate it to version 10 as the activation code required, he stored in his emails, which he has now lost.
If anyone can offer any help on what to do about this it would be very much appreciated.
