Had To Reinstall Xp & Have Lost Bitdefender

I hope you can help.
We recently had to reinstall Windows XP home edition on my Father's PC. After doing this, we lost BitDefender.
The problem is that my Dad originally purchased a disc for BitDefender 9 Professional Plus but upgraded to BitDefender 10 online. Although he still has the version 9 disc, he is unable to activate it to version 10 as the activation code required, he stored in his emails, which he has now lost.
If anyone can offer any help on what to do about this it would be very much appreciated.

Hello Dan,
When you activated BitDefender, did you create an online BitDefender MyAccount? If you did, then the license key(s) is(are) stored there, and can be recovered from there. Just go to BitDefender MyAccount, login, and view the My Products page.
If you didn't create an account, contact LiveAssistance (Customer Support) and explain them the situation. Maybe they can give you the key back.

Thanks very much Chris. I don't think my Dad did create an online account but thank you very much for the sugestion of talking to Live Assistance. I think that this is what we'll have to do
