Request For Cancellation Order 23871571 & Delete Avangate Account!

Hi, Christian & Support!


I have repeatedly ask you and your companion Avangate cancel the order # 23871571. This order is wrong!


Remove this order # 23871571 and remove the automatic attempts to draw the money from my VISA card worth 49.95 USD.


Please contact Avangate customer service and ask them to delete my Avangate account, because my letters Avangate ignores.


In my account Avangate 23871571 order still in status Pending, despite Bitdefender Support assurances that the order 23871571 canceled!


I confirm that I do not want to renew the subscription for the product! Please cancel the order 23871571 to order status changed to Cancelled (In my account Avangate).


I still want to remove my account and confirm the removal of account registered with the e-mail address dem?????m@gmail.com


BitDefender/Avangate should scrap the idea of auto-renewal completely. No one I know prefers to be automatically billed for ANYTHING.


Reminder emails/reminders in-product are fine but taking money out of peoples bank accounts without them knowing is bad.

    The best thing to do is contact your bank and have them reverse the charge. Also, you can contact Bitdefender support here:
