Forgot My Total Security Settings Password

tried to remember it but i don't know how i can't , anyway it would be really nice if anyone can help because i need to change some settings.

OK, there is no easy way to find it, you either need to re-install Bitdefender after doing a complete uninstall including using the uninstall tool (although it may not work as the password is encrypted in the Windows settings), you can work out a way to hack out the password (not recommended) or you can send in an email support request to Bitdefender (probably at this stage the best thing to do).

well i tried to uninstall but didn't work so i dont know what to do

Well, Rohugh isn't true help. See, he's more of a "rank wh@re". See, when you post on a forum, you increase your rank by the amount of posts you write. The more you post, the higher your rank. Unfortunately, that leads to people who go around writing posts that are useless at best, or damaging at their worst. I could have told you the "Uninstall/Reinstall" advice wouldn't have worked.

How desperate for rank can you be? I wish we could ban people like Rohugh, but they technically, they aren't violating any of the rules....yet.

But yeah, he could have limited his post to one sentence, "Open an email support ticket with Customer Support here." But nope, he needed you to reply so he could post another generic post. Whatever though. You'll find people like this on all forum boards. It's just something you got to deal with I guess.
