Still No Rescue Mode
Rescue Mode is still not functional after the latest update. Are you still working on a fix for this for the people who have this problem, or is it just being swept under the rug similar to the Ghost Traffic problem? I have done a remote session and submitted all the info as requested but months go by without any acknowledgement from BD. Yes, I have burned a rescue disc, but in order to run it I need to change some BIOS settings. This can be a finicky procedure even if you know what you are doing. Could you please acknowledge that you are at least working on the problem.

Yes, I'm well aware of that thread. My build and version are always updated. BD has admitted that their rescue mode only works on 50% of computers running UEFI.0 -
I also have an issue with rescue mode. When I try to go to Rescue Mode I get an error message that states: Rescue Mode encountered an error. Please contact support to get help with this issue.

Then it would be best to follow the advice given. Use the Help and Support link , bottom right in the GUI. Create a support package following the instructions and you should get an email with ticket number , a support agent will then look at the info sent , and contact you.0 -
