Still No Rescue Mode

Rescue Mode is still not functional after the latest update. Are you still working on a fix for this for the people who have this problem, or is it just being swept under the rug similar to the Ghost Traffic problem? I have done a remote session and submitted all the info as requested but months go by without any acknowledgement from BD. Yes, I have burned a rescue disc, but in order to run it I need to change some BIOS settings. This can be a finicky procedure even if you know what you are doing. Could you please acknowledge that you are at least working on the problem.
