Have an HP XP Media edition computer, had to restore windows, had bitdefender installed b4 restoring, now it won't install - says it needs SP3, we have never been able to run SP3 on this computer, why did it install earlier? Why not now?

Were you running an earlier version of Bitdefender?
We bought it about 2 weeks ago. "leap year" $29 special. . .
Then I am at a loss as to why it installed first time, someone else may be able to answer this, or send in an email to Bitdefender and enqire there.
