I am trying to uninstall BitDefender, I uninstalled it in the Add/Remove programs. Then ran "The_New_BitDefender_UninstallTool" and then windows firewall popped up with requesting permission for pcsftool.exe


I am wondering if this file is related to the Uninstall tool, or not?

    Yes, that is a part of the BD uninstaller (part of the 32/64-bit uninstaller folders), somehow working through Command Prompt during uninstall which alerts Windows firewall. So no worries :) I believe this also happens with the BD free version, when using the uninstall tool.
