Disinfection Failed Message

I ran a deep scan and BD found something titled "Win32Magistr.A.Corrupted.A@mm" which it blocked but can't remove. One BD message said it can't be removed because its in an archive folder? I've included a screenshot below with path.
Can anyone tell me what this is? And is there any way to remove it. (I'm not sure, but I think it showed up when I installed software from a CD, but I'm assuming the CD and software weren't nfected, though they are an older program) Thanks, David
