Antivirus Settings Exclusions Options Grayed Out

Hi everyone,

I am new to Bitdefender. In fact I am still in the trial. I have found that I can change settings for scanning preferences as long as I am logged in as Administrator. The changes are not reflected in my user accounts nor can I change my scanning preferences when logged in as a user. Unless I am given a solution to this problem Bitdefender will lose several orders. I appreciate that Bitdefender excludes my users from changing settings for user accounts. What I am missing is how to change user preferences as an administrator should be able to.
