Need Help In Bt Internet Security 2008

I've installed this Software [bitDefender Internet Security 2008], and after activating it over the internet and creating an account, and doing much work, I've got it working with four correct ticks in the front [Dash board] of its main application window. That was nice! Huh?!


Well, that didn't work so long, after a while I was looking at a 2 Critical Security Warnings, as shown in the Snap-Shot attached to this message. Please help me to solve this issue. I did send an email talking about this, and I want this to be solved. I'm a solution provider in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and I did adviced so many clients for this software (after reading some comments in magazines) and I bought this software just to be sinsare with my clients. I'm trying it, and if I couldn't solve all issues related to it then my clients will hit me :S


Please Help me to solve this issue for now!

  • By the way, When I tried to solve (FIX) these issues using the FIX in front of each problem, or simply pressing the [Fix All Now] button at the bottom of the screen, it shows at the first problem a (%d) sign, while the other one has no changes..

    Please solve this problem for me, and don't make me feel that I took the wronge decision by buying this software :S

    Please try this: press the windows button together with r now type services.msc press enter see if the BitDefender Desktop Update Service is started/running if not started or running left click on it and press on start. Try to update by doing this right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system clock press on open advanced settings now navigate to the update section. Press on update now. Be sure that the box is checked and you see automatic update is enabled.
