Bitdefender 2014 Netflix Issue

I just installed Bitdefender yesterday (5/6/14) and have found that Netflix streaming no longer works on my computer. I get an error code 2103 in Netflix telling me that microsoft silverlight is having problems and I need to reinstall it. This didn't work. Going through the netflix help section for this exact error code, none of the solutions have worked including uninstalling and reinstalling, Deleting my Netflix cookies and deactivating my computer. The last suggestion was for newly installed antivirus so I tried it. I disabled bitdefender to see if it would work but it did not. The last suggestion is to contact the antivirus software to see if they have an answer.


Has anyone else had this issue? I cant figure out what else I need to do. Please let me know if anyone had success overcoming this problem.
