Bd Total Security 2013 Renewal Popups

As my renewal time approached for BD, I received a series of popups offering discounted renewals. I finally chose a 1-yr renewal, and noted it listed on my Products list.

The renewal offers didn't stop - which I thought both ridiculous and annoying. Worse yet, I just noticed that I've lost 100 days' worth of the renewal, because my initial license is still valid. That ######, BD.

BD seems to have penalized me for purchasing my renewal in advance of need - which is exactly what their popups (STILL) encouraged me to do.

As I have but 18 days left on the old licence, I'm going to activate the new one - which shows 265 days remaining.

That, BD, is an unqualified ripoff - even though the dollar amount is trivial, it's just plain WRONG.
