Problem After Re-installing Os, Licence Is Invalid! Help
hello,i re-installed my OS from windows 7 ultimate 32 bit to Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and meanwhile formatted everything.. Then when i re downloaded my bitdefender total security and entered the KEY for my 3 year licence it tells me that licence is already been used!
please do the needful as soon as possible! and yeah trust me! ITS THE SAME PC!

Yes, it says that but you should be able to register with that key. Bitdefender severs only see how many active accounts you have so if you have "uninstalled" the previous one they will only see the one you are activating. Where does it say that it is already used and what does your "MyBitdefender" say?
I have reinstalled with BD and this is what I see in MyBitdefender -
