Automatic Switching From Firefox To Safepay Not Working?

I have noticed that if you set a particular website to open automatically within Safepay, it does not automatically load up if you open the web page within Firefox. This automatic switching seems to only work with Internet Explorer. A little bit of an oversight for a security product????

Normally it should work; the traffic interception is not at browser level, it is lower.

Can you post here the URL of that particular website to check it out?
