Need Interactive Firewall Rules

We REALLY need BD Firewall to allow us to pop up any time any program tries to access the internet IN or OUT and give us the option to allow or deny it -- Just once or as a Rule.
I read in another thread that you could just manually set the rules, but we don't always know what EXE will be hitting the net. Much better to just be prompted. Over time, the rules get set and the prompts become fewer and fewer.
I'm on a trial, right now, and mostly like BD over my previous ESET, but I think your firewall will prevent me from converting to paid unless you're able to add the interactive feature.
