Bdagent.exe High Cpu

I'm using bitdefender antivirus plus after about 2 hours, bdagent.exe use a lot of cpu (about 25 percent).
what should i do?
I don't install any other security program even turn off windows firewall.
Bitdefender support tools just gets stuck at the beginning ("Executing tools") and never ends the process in both high cpu usage and normal usage.
please help me
