Java Virtual Machine Error

I just purchased BD Total Security for my two sons computers running windows 8. Everything was working fine prior to installing Bitdefender.

Now when they attempt to load Technic, a mod for minecraft, they get an error message that says Error: could not create java Virtual Machine.

I have attempted to exclude the file from virus scan and ran in game mode, neither work.

Ran fine on Norton anti virus.

To address the issue please install the latest Java version, then create an exception for it in Bitdefender:

Tried as directed but still receive same error. The instructions said to find the .exe file and allow it. I did however there are a number of java.exe files I used just the java.exe

What next
