Blank From, To And Subject On Email

I hope that this does not already exist here and I hope I'm in the right place.


Recently, well 2 or 3 weeks ago, I started getting emails without a from, to, and subject. And the email is messed up, all the html shows instead of it being formatted correctly.


I read somewhere this can be caused by the antivirus email scanning. So, unsafe as it is, I turned it off. During that whole day I didn't have any blank emails. I turned it back on, and it started again.


Can someone tell me what may be the problem?


I am running Total Security Version 17.28.0.1191

    This is by using an email client, correct? Try to disable the toolbar and disable Antispam too and see if that takes out the blank email issue. 1.gif

    also if problems persist and a repair of bitdefender doesn't work consider using IMAP instead of POP. if you do, check with your mail provider what settings you need use for IMAP.
