Says my pw is wrong, however I can log into bitdefender with it here, used the same information I used to pay for and sign up for on PC. Of course I can't check PC as bitdefender has it locked out currently.

    I am a little confused here - can you log into MyBitdefender with your email and password or are you saying you can't because it is the wrong password? If so you can go to MyBitdefender and request a new password with the "Forgot your password link".
