Bitdefender Won't Let Me Submit Support Ticket
got error bitdefender real scan not working. tried to repair, but it got stuck at 25%. now it's gone. should I download somewhere? I lost the cd. also, I had 3 computer uses. I assume since this is the same computer it will still be ok?
tried to, but bitdefender won't let me submit support ticket. that code it says I entered wrong, but did not. and it won't let me reshuffle to get another code.
what the heck?

you can download the latest installer from this thread:

the license will still work fine with your PC and won't count as a 4th. make a note of the code because you will need to re-enter it after installing again.
however, before you install again you will need to clean off the leftovers from the broken install you have.
use this uninstall tool in windows safe mode:
