This Program Does Not Work At All.

I have now tried it on two machines running Windows 8.1 and on both, the initial scan gets stuck at 90% negotiating with server and won't go further. On the rare occasion (about one in 20), that the program does actually open, the setting for the scanning can't be set to off without it immediately reverting to ON as soon as I leave the settings tab.


One of the machines has Bitdefender free AV installed and the other is just using the built in Windows Defender. It has been uninstalled on both. It needs a lot of work.
