Firewall disable and vsserv.exe crash

Hi there,

I am new in this forum. I have this problem. Always after mine update, it seem that the vsserv.exe crash or in specific the firewall is disable itself. I cant online then. I have to restart again to start back the bitdefender. It keep happening every hour after it update.

What wrong with it? Just start to use bitdefender internet security after my friend recommend it.
