I just bought Total Security 2015. And to help installing it I bought Bitdefender Install & Setup.
I cannot run Install & Setup. I am asked for a Partner ID and I dont seem to have such Partner ID.
What can I do?

I have contacted them. But I get no answer. Really fustrating. I bought it and paid for it - and it does not work.
I just hope someone here has an answer - when Bitdefender Support don't have.
I can understand your frustration, when did you contact them? I believe that Tech Support may be a 9 to 5 Monday to Friday service but you should have had at least an automated reply from your initial contact.
I suggest you hanging on until Monday if this is a recent request and if there is still no response post back here.
