Yellow Tab - Password-protected Files That Cannot Be Scanned
Hi there, so I have had Bitdefender TS2014 for 3 months, the system scan has always run normally. Now for the first time, and every time, it lists seven password-potected files that cannot be scanned. These files are apparently in the Dell Datasafe back-up system and the Installshield, and have therefore, I wld imagine, been present all along...and of course, there is no way I can access them as the scan report recommends, since they are factory installed and I have no password. (It also lists a group of files that it expects to find but doesn't, which is rather baffling).
So I have seen the Bitdefender posting to previous queries, essentially saying that there is nothing to worry about with these things. But why the change all of a sudden? Has Bitdefender changed its monitoring system perhaps, or is there something I shld be concerned about? Any input gratefully received!
