Explorer.exe Generates 'disinfection'

Today suddenly I got a popup from BDIS2014 saying explorer.EXE was being disinfected ??? This went on for a good 30 minutes until I closed the little popup and set BDIS2014 to 'monitor' explorer.exe. Seems to me this happened years ago and turned out to be nothing...but...this is still a concern at this point.
What should I do as a follow-up to this unusually activity in my BDIS2014 system

This is probably just a false postive. Explorer.exe is a verified Windows Component.
