I was testing 2015 and i noticed Paranoid Mode is giving access automatically to windows processes that dint have access in 2014. One of many is Netstat, i used to give permission to netstat to access the internet. Now it just access without asking. I am in windows 8.1...

Hi. From what I understand, netstat does not access the internet. But it shows you the active connections on your computer via Lan or Internet. can you provide another example and also post the version that you currently have on?
