Hello,


To renew bitdefender Total Security 2014 to 2015, the new key does not expect the old key expires and is already discounting day, but I was informed that the renewal does not affect the old key. What can I do?

    Hello Bandigo,


    I am not exactly sure what you are asking, but if you update from BD 2014 to 2015 you can use the same key, it is transferable. Once you have updated you can add your new key and the two should add together the amount of time, this does not, I believe, apply to promotional keys (ie products you get for a trial period or extended trials).


    However, to check this out it would be best to contact Bitdefender via email and ask them.
