Regional Issue



my friends and associates are using bit defender, my family last license was last year activated without glitch.

my brother provided us a license as a gift,

his one pc terminal was in UK

two others was in SEA region,

reported via customer support ,provided a ticket number

ticket no: 2014111412300001

the CSR reply was indicated via screen shot, Concern is it was purchased online and the physical product was already opened and could not be be refunded, any help?
