Usb Problems

Not sure if this was posted, but every time connect a usb device (ipod, flash drive etc.) I get a message stating that Bitdefender encountered a problem and needs to close. Nothing seems to close and everything appears to work fine without me having to restart Bitdefender. Just kind of annoying..anyone else have problems or know what could be causing this?

I should mention I have BD 2008 Total security in both my laptop and desktop. I have Vista on the desktop and XP on th laptop and experience this on both pc's

Please make sure that all services of BD are running properly, acording to the version you have installed. In addition, you could make a screenshot with the error message you get and attach it to a new post, so we can see what is all about. Experiencing this on both PC`s may suggest that you have a malware. A HijackThis log would also be useful. Please read this topic for additional information; further help will be provided afterwards. Also, you should send me a log with all loaded modules (most likely, the malware will be a library (.dll) file loaded under another process, usually critical process). Please use the tool attached here.
