Returning Infected .tmp File

Since a few days i am getting a returning temp file in my antivirus scan. The virus is succesfully blocked but tomorrow it can popup again and BD reports the results again and again.
The file: C:\Windows\Temp\WAXE078.tmp is said to have a 'Gen:Variant.Symmi.43125' infection.
Because this infected file is not quarantained and/or removed, i like to know what to do. Is it dangerous?
