Other Antivrius Holding Up Installation

When I run Bitdefender IS 2015 installation it keeps saying it must removal other antivirus. When i hit Continue it does nothing.

Any way to see what antivirus program is holding it up?

Or anyway to bypass this so i can install?

I ran removal utilities for prior antivirus programs. I also tried in Safe Mode.

I had to reinstall Bitdefender TS yesterday and I had exactly the same problem, I suspect there may be a problem with the download. Could I suggest you try the download from this page -

Use the "Download Now" link under where it says Best Protection, follow through, you can add your license later when asked.

My experience has been that before doing a "reinstall" of Bitdefender as opposed to a "repair" that it is best to run the Bitdefender Uninstall Tool
