I understand that the file "cannot be scanned" which is bull because it can scan just fine when i'm running under an admin account (bdf is running with system no matter which account i'm in, why can't it scan?) But anyway, you all have to understand that seeing a message like this is counterproductive. If it says it is infected, and it is not, it is called a false positive. All you need to do is alert the user that the file could not be scanned. Remove the false detections please. BDF is a great product, but I cannot purchase your full product when I'm going to have a heart attack every time you can't scan a file.
