Utorrent Webui Fail To Connect

Hello all!

I'm new in the bitdefender's word

I have a little problem, since whene I've get my Bitdefender Total Security 2015 product I can't access to my utorrent webui.

I have a dynamic ip address, it's makes the whole thing a little difficult. I made a long time ago a .no-ip.org website wich just forward to my ip, so I can use my webui everywhere.

So my question is can I add a firewall exception wich is not an ip address.
