Two questions about the log files.


When I'm looking at files that were quarantined, the box can't be expanded and I can't read the full path name. This should be fixed to make it more usable. Is there an easier way to view the files?


After running for the first time, it found 52k "threats" and took action. The log file view for events is horrible for looking at a large quantity of data. As one example, it found most of the problems in a windows temporary folder. I can't sort or filter so the only way would be to review all 52,000 threats? Is there an easier way.


Another comment. Tech support is horrible. The response is extremely slow, incomplete, doesn't answer the question. Makes me regret my purchase.
