Firewall Keeps Asking For A System Restart

I searched around, and found a solution in this thread: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=47461
But I'm getting stuck at the "nce the new window opens browse to the 'WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter' entry and select it after which please choose Uninstall;" step, because its not there for me to uninstall.
I have started my system like 5 times, can someone please suggest a fix?
