Update Shutting Off

I thought you guys had fixed the issue of the auto update button mysteriously turning itself off at random times? I have bitdefender total security 2015 and this is still an issue. Also, trying to go to my bitdefender via the dashboard doesn't work either. It simply sits there like it is trying but never actually goes to it. While it is trying i have to bring up a separate web browser window and go to my bitdefender to access all my info. To costly to have such simple issues not being fixed. <img class= " />

1. I have used BDIS for over a year and have never had a problem with auto-update turning itself off. I suggest you check your Windows setup.

2. I have had occassional problems with the Dashboard not showing but it is working fine today.

Agreed, I have mine set at default (1 hour) and never had it turn off.

The dashboard gives me continual problems, it is often out of date and very rarely does it work to control my other computers remotely but as all three are in the same house it doesn't bother me.
