Deactivate Bitdefender-firewall In Home-network

Hi,
I'm operating a HW-Firewall in my home network, thus I have no need to run SW-Firewalls on my PCs if they are in the home-network (irrespective of the network card they are using (LAN/WLAN)).
If the laptop is used outside, I would like to have the BD-FW running.
Is there a way to configure the BD-FW to behave like described above?

PS: for a desktop PC I would not need the BD-FW at all; could I use BD-Antivirus with my FamilyPack license key?
