Scanning Av And "wrong" License Key?
Internet Security 2015, if i scan my pc for a systemscan its stops when its on 1 %
Doesnt matter how long i leave him alone it keeps 1%
Also after several reboots and try scanning again its stops at 1%
My last scan was 2 days ago and its was working fine, i didnt recive any warnings or thinks like that.
Who can tell me whats is going on???
Also.......when i try to open a ticket to sent my problem, the program tells me that my license key is wrong, it isnt i can check that when i login into My Bitdefender, the key is the same as shown on my screen

Hello afro,
First thing to do is to repair your AV. Open your Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender>Double click it and choose "Repair". Allow it all to complete and reboot the system. Try the scan again.
If you still have problems contact Bitdefender via email bitsy@bitdefender.com and open a ticket that way.
