Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 blocks the Internet Explorer to open the stream of the instar security cam after updating to the newest firmware.
If I unistall IS the stream runs fine. The Problem exists on several PCs, from Windows 7 to 10, if running Bitdefender IS.
So I flashed back the older firmware, missing some new Features, but working with BIS.
Please check that fact and overwork the security. Besides if I do the settings... boot secure mode, rename the dll and product enabled = 0, the stream runs too.
