Removal Solution Of Win32.xorer

Hello,

Could someone please give me how I can remove Win32.Xorer and its variants?

It seems the virus does not let me install any anti-virus or spyware cleaner. Since I can't install an antivirus, I used Kaspersky's online scanner. I had lots of infected files which I manually deleted. I had a couple of files which is could not find. I believe this is an effect of the virus. I looked up what Win32.Xorer does on the page

I am really out of clue as to what to do next.

I'll be extremely grateful if someone could help me remove this virus without re-formatting the computer.
