Unable To Install Drivers

I just bought Bitdefender. after downloading and going through install, it restarts my computer and after I click "install," it starts then says 'unable to install drivers' and it can't install, I've been trying to install it for half an hour now. Can someone please help me with this, I don't have all day to keep starting my computer over and over!

Please give as many details as possible on your sytem, it could help!
Do you have other antimalware soft? deinstall them!
Have you already checked for answers on the forum (such as below) ?
is your system clean?
the failure could have many reasons...
