Help With Bitdefender

I hope it is OK to post this question here. I currently use Bitdefender as my Antivirus. I am having trouble installing a program. When I try to install it, bitdefender pops up and tells me that it has deleted "so and so" I cant remember right off what it says. Anyway I know the file is OK and I want to install it but I have no idea how to install the file. I have looked and looked and I have even closed out the antivirus program but it still block the instalation. Can someone please help me and tell me where to go to over ride bitdefender when this happens.

    Please put the application in a password protected archive and attach it on the Malware Section (False Positive report sub-section).
