Bitdefender Scans 1 File But Detects 2 Items !?
Hi,
I have been asked to downlowd this file :

I don't know if this file is safe or not.
It is supposed to be (and probably is) a .png file
The strange thing is that : when I download it and scan it with Bitdefender Total Security 2016 just after downloading it, it says it's safe, but it detected 2 items.
When I scan it again a few seconds later, now it only detects 1 item.
So my questions :
Can there be 2 items in a .png file?
Why is there just 1 item a few second after the 1st scan which detected 2 items?
