I ordered a cheaper sub from website for the 2015 version and got no email to download or lic key. What do I do?

Which website did you order from? You can download the 2015 version from here - http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=54672 and even though you don't yet have a license key you will get 30 days free so you have time to sort the license out.
