Reg Key Problem

I've been using BD on several computers for a couple years. I just purchased a new key for BD 2008 (3 computers / 3 years). I then installed BD using the newly purchased key, it did the initial scan and asked for a reboot. Upon rebooting it informed me that the new key had expired.


I logged into myaccount at bitdefender.com and it shows the newly purchased key (active for another 1094 days) but it also shows a trial BD being evaluated?


Could I have inadvertently installed an evaluation copy? I downloaded the BD install file directly from the order.


Any other ideas?
