Scan Activity Bar Not Working

Apologies if this topic has already been aired.


I have windows XP, BD TS 2008.


When I first saw the Scan Activity Bar, thought it was a great idea and I constantly watch it for Internet activity and PC activity.


Recently I had a problem with my ISP and they sent an engineer to fix the Internet connection.


In his tests he uninstalled BD via the REMOVE option in Add and RemovePrograms and later reinstalled BD.


He removed the hard wired connection (HomePlug) and added a wireless USB connection for the Internet.


Now I find that the PC activity (green) graph works, but not the Internet activity one (Red).


Noticed that the Antivirus - Scan HTTP traffic was OFF in the advanced settings, so I reset that and now I have the default settings for Antivirus. I did not restart the PC.


I presume that because the graph is blank that I do not have any real time scan of the internet activity.


Can someone please help me reinstate this valuable tool and graph - Please.
