Firewall Not Blocking Application

I have bitdefender 2016 internet security in my PC. I wish to block a specific program to not access the internet, I added a rule for this program and then set it to Deny in it's permission options. But the program bypass the rule and connects to the internet. I tested with Microsoft Firewall and it blocks the program, bitdefender does not block, what i'm doing wrong?
In adapters i have:
Adapter: Wi-Fi: Network Type: Trusted | Stealth Mode: Off | Generic: On
If I set the Network Type to other than trusted i will not have access to the Internet anymore.
