Real Time Will Not Turn On
Hello, I've got a stand-alone machine, installed BitDefender fine, went through all the registration steps, updates fine, scans fine, but will not turn on the real-time protection (P2P and file access) option. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. Tried calling customer support, apparently not really an option, as there is no number given, just the option to send bitdefender data about the pc and what's running on it.
OS is XP sp2, machine is a Dell GX240, not a member of a domain. We are a large geophysical company that have been using your product for a few months now, and it's worked fine on the last hundred or so machines I've put it on, all in identical situations as this on equipment identical to this.
Ideas?
