I. S. 2014 Update Breaks My Computer
I. S. update started DNS Client services which locked up my computer.
I run without DNS Client services because I have a 8.7 MB Hosts file, a very large blacklist.
The file is so large that when DNS Client services starts it chokes.
I suppose that in the update process the network has to be disconnected but does this service need to be stopped/started?
