Firefox: Google Not Workong

I'm truly frustrated by this problem: I cannot have SSL protection enabled and search with Google into Firefox.


Can anyone Bitdefender or Firefox take an action to solve this annoying problem?

    Hello and welcome to the Bitdefender forums.


    If other https websites are working fine in Firefox, the issue is most likely caused by a corrupt certificate for google.com


    Please try creating a new profile in Firefox and then delete it (the new profile). This will determine reinstalling the certificates in all Firefox profiles and address the issue.


    1. Exit Mozilla Firefox, then open Command Prompt and enter the command


    start firefox -P


    2. Choose Create profile then wait 2-3 minutes.


    3. Repeat the command from step 1 and this time select the newly created profile then choose to delete it.
